Tee int was caught for a move of 29% within 3 days in March and help many fellow traders made great profit (http://robinhan.weebly.com/live-trading-ideas-made/tee-int-made-on-18-march-2018-up-29-within-3-days). In May, it suffered a severe sell down. I have been monitoring it for more than a month for a potential rebound which eventually happened ystday. Trading idea was made ard 0.072 in the morning (https://www.investingnote.com/groups/42?post_id=1484211) and it moved to 0.080 BEFORE market close, up 11.1% within the same day. Next question is: how to operate thereafter? Should we buy, sell or hold?
First of all, being a highly risk averse trader, I won’t suggest to chase after price moved up so much, risk to reward ratio is bad.
If we do a trend analysis of Tee int, we must take note that this stock is in a downtrend. But after dropping from 0.11-0.12 to 0.06, it was very oversold and the rebound can be very strong. In addition, overnight US mkt was quite good, Dow up 350 points or 1.35% on close, it is likely to help Tee Int to move up some more.
Therefore for those who already have Tee Int position, I won’t suggest to sell immediately either, the short term momentum is quite strong, it has good chance to move higher. There are strong resistance ahead at ard 0.085, 0.095.
However, since the stock is in a downtrend, after price rebound from 0.058 to 0.080, it became overbought already, the rebound can finish soon. those who have Tee int position better off get ready to sell gradually once the momentum start to turn weak, although I will consider hold it first because overnight US mkt was so strong.
In short, after Tee Int rebounded so much ystday, it may not be a good idea to chase. We should get ready to sell this downtrend stock.
