为什么Kepcorp,给出超2元高股息而股价大跌？

最近Kepcorp与sembcorp Marine合并，Kepcorp更是宣布了价值超2元的股票股息(script dividend)--持有的每一股Kepcorp都可以免费得到19.1股的Sembmar股票(价格约在0.12-0.13)。所以本次发放sembmar作为股息的价值超过2元(0.12X19.1=2.29).

很多股友问我，为什么在当2月16日闭市后通过SGX portal宣布这个消息后，股价不是应该大涨超过2元吗？为什么没有涨？而在昨天(2月23日)Ex-E的时候，反而暴跌呢？

其实，昨天Kepcorp的走势，相对于前一天虽然大幅下跌，但相对于理论价，股价是上涨的，只是涨幅也只有0.62，远低于分红给的2块。

为什么股息给出了2块钱的价值，涨幅却这么小呢？我陆续收到很多股友询问这个问题。其实这和股市的本质有很大的关系。如果把握了股市的本质，就可以大概率的对市场随后的走势做出正确的判断。就如同我最近在《联合早报》和958城市频道的采访中持续预测市场会发生回调,而现在海指已经从3400附近跌到了3265附近，下跌近140点。
